There are a few things you will want to know regarding your hot tub rental:

When you remove the thermal top and the hot tub’s water is not flowing, it is in a readied state for use. Press the button marked, “Jets”, and a 15-minute jet cycle will begin. Once it turns off automatically, just press the same button, again, for an additional 15-minute cycle.

The hot tub may go into what is called “heat mode” during a jet cycle, causing the “Jets” button to turn off, on its own – this is normal and part of the heat-adjustment process.

Opening up the ‘air venturi’, by the press of a button on the control panel, will allow extra air to be blown into the water to speed up the jets’ water flow. The more air, the more powerful the jets’ streams – a true hydro-massage!

When your hot tub session is over 1) Add a generous tablespoon of chlorine, depending on how many people used the tub 2) Leave the jets and bubbles on but leave the lid off for 3-5 minutes. This will off-gas the chlorine’s fumes and ensure the hot tub’s water will be crystal clear for the next session 3) Once the 3-5 minutes is over, close the ‘air venturi’ and put the thermal top back on during the hot tub’s downtime. The hot tub will continue to run for the next 20 minutes to 2 hours, bringing the appropriate temperature to where it needs to be.
